The US goverment issues F-1 visa for international students admitted in American universities. The F-1 student visa allows international students to stay in the US for the period of their course. However, international students will require I-20 form to apply for F-1 student visa. It is one of the most important documents in the visa application process. English language requirement will depend on level of your study. For UG courses international students may be required to submit TOEFL/IELTS/DET scores. But for PG courses, minimum English language requirements are-

No the university dosn't take admission on rolling basis, however it is suggested to call the admission office of Eastern Illinois for admission related queries. However, the university has distinct application deadlines for its Fall and Spring semesters. For the Fall 2026 semester, the deadline is May 30, 2026.
