If you have global affiliations and opportunities in the USA, then UCLA is the one for you, albeit for a very hefty cost. 

 

Go for IIM Ranchi to gain a very cost-effective Indian or greater Asian job market education while you want faster ROI. 

 

Both options are excellent; however, one's choice should hinge on personal and professional goals.

Yes, USA accepts higher education students coming from NIOS. In fact NIOS is recognised by Ministry of Education, Government of India and Certificates issued to the examinees are also equivalent and comparable to others like those of CBSE and ICSE. Universities and colleges in the USA generally accept NIOS qualifications for undergraduate admissions, subject to other admission requirements, including standardized test scores, such as SAT/ACT, and English proficiency. NIOS students are encouraged to verify the specific requirements of each university since some institutions may have special policies on foreign qualifications.
