Hi Dipak Desai,
I don't think there is any minimum age requirement for student visa. Ideally you must complete 12 years education to apply for further studies i.e UG and you must complete a UG to pursue your Masters.

If you have been selected by an institute in USA, then you will get I-20 form, then you can apply for study visa.

It depends on a lot of factors like which university you are applying to, the desired programme, your financial situation, career plans, etc. You know that your academic background is not too competitive, but a very exceptional personal statement, essays and recommendation letters will push your application. Your IELTS is low for an MS course, in fact, you should take TOEFL. If the course you want to do demands another test like GRE, you have to take it. Hi Nima, you can apply, but universities will check why you took the gap and you have to justify the same very nicely. If you had or have work experience its good for your profile. Also, you must take the SAT and TOEFL to pursue Bachelor's degree in USA. Write to some universities in USA and check with them directly. They are very responsive and will guide you.

Hi Prabhleen, SAT is one of the most important requirements if you want to study in the USA, even US citizens must take the SAT so you can sense the competition. However, American universities will take into account your entire profile from academics to extracurriculars, so even if you have a slightly low SAT score and a terrific non-academic profile you will have a chance.
