Hi,
Visa has nothing to do with your backlogs, it is the acceptance by the university that is required for admission. So, you need to clear all your backlogs and submit your transcript to the university along with other test scores like TOEFL or IELTS.

Hi, It is difficult to comment on visa outcomes. You must worry about getting the admission offer first, Germany for you is not an option. Chances are also less in Canada. You may try in US if your overall profile is good. Check less competitive countries like Australia or even European countries.

Hi
You have to first get admitted in a summer program in the US, once you receive an invitation from their side, depending on the type of invitation we can help you in selecting the appropriate visa category and apply for a visa accordingly.

Hi Aniket, this depends on your profile and whether you have been accepted by the university in USA. You must first apply to a program and get the admission offer from the university. Do not apply for a visa out of the blue.
