houston commuinity college teaches you a well a rounded education and helps you find your niche with each class. professors make it fun to learn and are pretty fair. the academic workload varies but it's all worth it when you graduate.
TIPS FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
have an idea of what you want to study as far as certificate, program plan, major, and do some research on the classes you wish to take before seeing an advisor. sometimes seeing and advisor who is not helpful will waste your time and money picking out a class or two that won't work for your schedule or your interests.
ACADEMIC RIGOR
some professors are really involved in your education and teach you not only the subject of the class with great methods but they teach you skills and tricks to get through life beyond the classroom. most of my teachers have been phenomenal, i read a lot of reviews and ask for student feedback before i register for the class, my overall experience has been a great one and i have learned more than i anticipated.
