Utkal University is government university in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is recognised by AIU and UGC. As per NIRF 2025, the ranking of the university is #48 in the "State Public University" category.  MBA & MBBS are the flagship courses of the university. Overall it is good university with good rankings.

The behavior of the MCAM staff is very inappropriate and disrespectful. They often use offensive language and insult students. Such behavior is unacceptable in an educational institution. I request the authorities to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure a respectful environment for students.

Utkal University offers the BA BEd (Integrated) course for admission via the Orissa SAMS entrance exam. According to the Utkal University, Orissa SAMS cutoff 2024, the last round cutoff was 88 for the students belonging to the General Hs quota. Students can refer to the table below to know the BA BEd cutoff for various categories under the Home State quota for admission to Utkal University.

The Utkal University AYUSH Cutoff 2025 was published for admission to the BAMS and BHMS courses for all categories under the All India quota. For the General AI category, the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programme had a cutoff of 61780. For the same category, the cutoff was 123918 for admission to the BHMS - Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery course. 

For the OBC AI quota, both the BAMS and BHMS courses had the last round cutoff of 62970 and 130536, respectively. Students can refer to the table below to know the last round cutoff for other categories for both the courses.

The Utkal University NEET SS Cutoff 2025 for admission to the DM and MCh courses for students belonging to the All India quota will be released soon. However, as per the Utkal University NEET SS Cutoff 2024, the cutoff ranged from 170 to 7375 in the last round. In the first round, the cutoff was in the range of 239 to 3087 for admission to the DM and MCh courses.

Therefore, going by the cutoff of 2024, we can expect the cutoff to range somewhere near this range. The NEET Super Speciality cutoff is the minimum percentile of marks required by candidates to qualify for the exam in that particular super speciality group.

The Utkal University NEET MDS Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the MDS course and its various specialisations for all rounds and categories under the All India category. For the General AI category, the cutoff ranged from 39 to 268, according to the first and last round closing ranks. Among all the specialisations offered, MDS in Oral Surgery was the hardest course to gain admission to, with the cutoff ranging from 39 to 92 in the first and last rounds. 

Note: Different categories, rounds, courses will have different cutoffs accordingly.

The Utkal University NEET PG Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the MD and MS courses for all categories till round 2. For the General AI category, the cutoff was 407 in the first round and 89971 in the last round. The hardest and the easiest courses for this category in the last round were MD in General Medicine and MD in Physiology, respectively. 

Note: The cutoff for other categorie, rounds and courses will vary.
