There are variety of courses in Travel & Tourism field.
It is purely depends on what career you are looking for in this field. There are 1 month to 3 yrs courses available.
If you are really looking for a profound career in Travel & Tourism then you should look for Bachelors or Masters program form a institute who is able to produce the best placement record.
I am aware of one institute mentioned below having brilliant record of placement and also providing paid certified internship and Edu Trips too.

North side you can check out Delhi Institute of Rural Development, IBMR Gurgaon & UTM Shillong. These are amongst the top institutes where you can apply to pursue travel & tourism courses. Admissions are already running so apply at the earliest to secure a seat.
