These UP government colleges do accept JEE Main scores through UPTAC counselling, and have cut-offs in the range your rank can fit:
1. Govt. Engineering College, Azamgarh
Provides IT, Civil, Mechanical with seats through JEE Main/UPTAC
Closing ranks are generally in the 5,000–6,000 range for IT/Civil.
2. AKTU Affiliated Colleges (e.g., IET Lucknow, KNIT Sultanpur)
Previous CSE cut-offs:
IET Lucknow: ~30,000 closing rank
KNIT Sultanpur: ~20,000–35,000 for CSE/IT
With a ranking in the hundred-thousands, even those are probably out of your price range for CSE/IT.

Hi, there are bout 80+ BTech colleges accepting CUET in Uttar Pradesh. Of these, 70+ colleges are privately owned and 9 are owned by the government. CUET is one of the widely accepted entrance exams in top BTech colleges in UP.
