Yes, Uttarakhand Open University B.Ed admissions are entirely entrance-based. The university conducts an entrance-exam for the selection of eligible candidates for B.Ed courses. In order to get admission to B.Ed at UOU, candidates must qualify for UOU B.Ed entrance exam. The entrance exam contains objective-type questions around teaching aptitude and general knowledge. It's mandatory for every aspirant to qualify for this exam in order to get admission. Yes, Uttarakhand Open University offers a two-year course of B.Ed ODL (Open & Disctance Learning). This course can only be pursue after getting any UG or PG degree. Further, aspirants must also be trained in-service teacher in elementary education. The university also offerd B.Ed in Special Education. To get admission to these courses, candidates must appear for an entrance exam conducted by Uttarakhand Open University. Interested candidates are required to fill an online application form along with paying an application fee of INR 1,000.
