The fees for BTech and M.Tech course range between INR 4.87 Lacs - INR 7.8 Lacs and INR 1.6 Lacs - INR 4.87 lakh, respectively. Moreover, the fees for BBA course is around INR 11 lakh. Candidates can check out the VIT Chennai fees for some more courses in the below mentioned table:

For B.Tech there is no direct admission. Whereas M.Tech integrated and other commerce and law courses are enabled for direct admission based on your 12th performance. But any course you opt, a minimum of 60% in your boards is required.

Give Merit Scholarship: Any board topper across the country will get 100% scholarship for all the years of the UG degree programme. Tmt. Rajeswari Ammal Merit Scholarship: Any district topper across the country will get 50% scholarship for all the years of the UG degree programme. If the district topper is a girl, she will get an additional 25% scholarship (making it 75% scholarship). Best wishes.

Hello,
CSE versus ECE. The debate goes on from year to year. However, from the perspective of placements, CSE outscores ECE by miles. At least in the force-able future, this situation is likely to continue and the students will get placed. As you seem to like both the branches equally I would rather advise you to go for CSE since at least for the present and also in near future opportunities in this branch or really great. Both the branches are 2 different streams. If you aim to be a software engineer or if you are a good coder you can opt for VIT. If your aim is to become a mechanical engineer you can opt sastra. Now a days software industry has high demand if they study well they can get job easily that is not the case for mechanical engineering.
