I think no because one of my frnd got 9745 rank and he is going for counselling and tell me that chances of getting cs is very less. As u can got cs if u ready to pay some extra amount as fee best of luck

Your rank doesn't really assure you of getting a seat in VIT in any of the branch. However you can wait for that but also meanwhile apply for some other best private engineering colleges. It is always beneficial to have some alternates. You can check out following universities offering quality education and excellent placement records.

Since you will surely get NITs but don't get core branches from top 4 NITs, you have to choose between VIT and other NITs.
In my opinion you should choose NIT. But if you are hardly interested in CSE , you should take VIT.
