Indian Veterinary Research Institute, UP is best among India. IVRI, Bareilly is also good. But if you belong to Southern India then Bangalore Veterinary college and Madras veterinary College Nammakal are good options.

The minimum marks in NEET to get into a Veterinary College are 350+ for General category. However, you have not specified the state you belong as it varies from state to state.

Admission in the undergraduate Veterinary course is based on the entrance exam results. However, to be eligible for the entrance examination, one must have a minimum score of 50% in class 12th with Physics Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects.
