Sorry but this is not possible because in veterinary College there are 449 seats are available and students get seats by giving entrance exam which is NEET. Please upvote.

According to last year's cutoff, the marks required for you to get into NTR veterinary colleges are 40 marks for the OBC category and 35 marks for both SC and ST categories in the AP EAMCET exam.
Duration of the course: 5 years 6 months. The Fifth year is an Internship.
Eligibility Criteria: 50 percent marks in 10+2 with Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and English subjects for the general category. 45 percent marks for SC and ST candidates.
85 percent of seats are filled as per merit in the Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test, Andhra Pradesh(AP EAMCET).

Admissions are closed now at PV Narasimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University. Eligibility: pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50 percent from a recognised board or institute with PCB and English + TS EAMCET scorecard. Course duration: 5 years and 6 months. Fee Structure: INR 1,08,000 PA. Criteria for Admission: Admission is based on merit and an entrance exam. Students can apply for admission in both online and offline modes on the university's official websites. Simply practice all previous year papers and make a note down of the time u r taking. ! Even if questions seems redundant, just keep actually doing it. After extensively doing problems I thank practice papers from sakshi are pretty good. I did them and a got a rank of 7000 in Andhra Pradesh Eamcet and 5000 in TS EAMCET. I did not have great IPE marks so, my rank was quite low.

If you want admission to government colleges for BDS and BVSC courses, then you can not get admission on your NEET score.
1- The minimum marks in NEET to get admission in a Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS are 450+ for the General category.
2- The minimum marks in NEET to get admission in a Bachelor in Veterinary Science BVSC are 350+ for the General category. However, you have not mentioned the state you belong to that's why I provide general data because the cutoff varies from state to state. With this score the chances of getting the above mentioned college is 50 50, there are always some seats reserved for the EWS students in each college.
You have to just give either NEET or State Veterinary Entrance Exam and at the time of Counselling of state quota and All India Counselling conducted by VCI just fill the desired options.
Rest, all the procedure is same for all.
