VIT Vellore BTech ECE course curriculum is inclusive of subjects related to the Engineering field with core subjects around Electronics and Communication specialisation. There are eight semesters in the UG course, wherein, each semester include a number of subjects.

VIT BTech Biotechnology curriculum include subjects related to the specialisation field. The course curriculum include programme core, university core, electives, and bridge courses. The MHT CET 2024 exam for BTech admission is ongoing between May 2 to May 17, 2024. XAT 2024 result has been declared for VIT - Vidyalankar Institute of Technology admission to the MBA course. ATMA 2024 May session registrations are ongoing and the last date to apply is May 18, 2024. There is Management Quota at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology. And the admission to its management courses is based on the candidates' performance in the Common Admission Test conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) every year.Students to have to appear CAT examination and clear the cut off. Really good faculty and infrastructure. Placements: Around 75–80% of students get placed in my course. The highest package in VIT was 35 LPA last year; the average package was around 3.5–4 LPA; and the lowest was around 2 LPA. Internships are less common through the college.The highest package up until now is INR 10.2 LPA and the average package is around INR 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies for computer Science are IDFC, Carwale, Seclore, etc.

The closing rank for Computer Science and Engineering (with Bioinformatics as specialization) went up till 7500 while for Computer Science and Engineering, it went up till 15000.
