Yes, as you have secured 14k rank in EAMCET and belonging to EWS category, you have a decent chance of securing admission to VIT Andhra Pradesh University for CSE or ECE.
However, the availability of seats and the cutoff for different courses may vary depending on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the availability of seats. Therefore, it is recommended to check the official websites of VIT Andhra Pradesh and the admission process for the year in question for updates on the application process and to seek guidance from a career counselor if needed.

Yes, you have got a decent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you an integrated M.Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in second category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and the mentioned course is most common choice in integrated programme. The best possible options are:
Integrated CSE at Vellore (1 or 2), Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore (Category 1 most probably else in second category), Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 1), Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 1).

To assess your chances of securing a seat in these prestigious specializations at VIT AP, it's essential to consider the previous year's cutoff rank
