VITEEE is not a tough exam but it is competitive and so you need to have a good score.
You have questions from PCM/PCB and English.
For PCM / PCB, it is important to have clear knowledge of the concepts.
The questions would be easy when compared JEE. Solve many questions so that you can gain speed and accuracy in calculation.
The previous year papers would help you in knowing the difficulty of the exam.
For English section, there is no separate preparation but you need to have a good understanding in grammar and vocabulary.
The exam has no negative marking and so try to attempt all the questions but don't spend too much time for a single question.
Usually, they won't display your score. But if your rank is below 10000 you can surely get the main campus.

VITEEE is one of the tough exams so preparation is definitely required to crack the exam. It is really important to complete your NCERT books as these textbooks will help you to build your base and you can learn the basics. Always ensure that you are covering all the topics of NCERT books well on time. The NCERTs of Class 11 and Class 12 covers about 45% and 55% of the VITEEE question papers, respectively.
VITEEE exam requires a lot of hard work and practice. The more you practice, the better it is for you. The more you spend time on solving the question the more you get familiar with problems and fine tune your basic concepts. While preparing for VITEEE, give importance to speed in working out the problems. Try to make your own strategy to crack the exam. Enhance your skills and try to master analytical skills with conceptual understanding. Aim for 100% strike rate. This will give you an edge over the other students. Speed and accuracy are really important to crack this exam.
Take notes of the tips preparing for VITEEE exam. It helps a lot in last minute revision. Make your notes your best friend during the exam. You can make your short notes and make the information handy for you so that all the time you will not go back to your books again and again.
Last year papers are a good way to know the pattern the questions. Also, many a times questions are repeated from last year papers. So, solve all the last year papers.

This is really a challenging task so if someone who is really talented in the subject then only he or she get such rank. Books alone are not responsible for getting such rank there are a lot of other facts which really matter such as best faculty, best environment and preparing for the exam since standard 8th.

1) Physics:- Arihant Series DC Pandey, Books on Mechanics Part 1, Mechanics Part 2, Waves and Thermodynamics, Electricity and Magnetism and Optics and Modern Physics, Concepts of Physics (both volumes) by HC Verma and MCQ Question Bank by D Mukherjee.
2) Chemistry:- Inorganic Chemistry NCERT Text Book, Organic Chemistry Khan Academy Videos or Arihant books and Numerical problem by RC Mukherjee.
3) Mathematics:- Arihant Series Dr. SK Goyal, Arihant Past Year AIEEE papers, VITEEE Solved Papers and Mock Tests from Arihant, RD Sharma Objective Mathematics Part 1 and Part 2 (NCERT difficulty).
Along with this, you need to solve previous year question paper to score better marks.
