There is no specific number for this, only Age Criteria is there I.e. Candidates born on or after July 1, 1995 can apply for VITEEE-2017.

Hello Akash, cut off was 19000 last year for mechanical engineering. However, every year it varies. My advice would be to not worry about this. But get going about preparing for the entrance exam. Best wishes.
