After the candidates are allotted seats during the VITEEE 2023 counselling, they will have to submit certain documents to confirm their admission. If the candidates fail to submit their documents before the final allotted date, then their admission will be cancelled. The required documents are Provisional Admission letter (photocopy), VITEEE 2023 e-Admit card, VITEEE 2023 Counselling Admit card, VITEEE 2023 Result, Class X Board Certificate as proof of date of birth or any other age proof Certificate Qualifying examination mark statements of all attempts, Transfer Certificate / School leaving Certificate Migration Certificate (if issued by the board), Community Certificate (For SC/ST only), Nativity Certificate (For candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura), Student Profile (if not submitted at the time of counselling), Four recent passport size colour photos, Affidavit to be signed separately by Student, Parent and Hostel on an INR 20 Non-judicial stamp paper. (Format available on VIT website), Certificate of Physical Fitness (Format available on VIT website), 2 Sets of photocopies of all original documents (Except Affidavits / Physical Fitness Certificate / Student Profile).

VITEEE 2023 counselling is being held online at vit. AC. In. To register for the VITEEE counselling, the candidates will have to log in using their application number and password. After checking their obtained rank, the candidates will be required to carefully read all of the guidelines and instructions provided by the authorities. Candidates have to be careful to participate in the counselling as per their allotted timeline. Next, the candidates will have to provide their choice of preferred campus, core programme, fee category and specialisation (minor), if any, in the order of preference. After viewing their final choices, the candidates can submit their choices.
