Admission to VIT colleges, including Vellore Institute of Technology Vellore and VIT Chennai, depends on various factors such as the number of available seats, the total number of applicants, and the cutoff ranks for each branch. These factors can vary from year to year.

A rank of 69,498 in VITEEE might be a bit high for securing admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch at the main campuses of VIT. Typically, the cutoff ranks for CSE are relatively lower due to its popularity among students. However, it's important to note that cutoff ranks can fluctuate each year, depending on the competition.

Yes, you have got a decent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you an integrated M.Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in second category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and the mentioned course is most common choice in integrated programme. The best possible options are:
Integrated CSE at Vellore (1 or 2), Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore (Category 1 most probably else in second category), Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 1), Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 1).

The integrated M.Tech in CSE in VIT Vellore may require a rank of under 1500 in the VITEEE to be eligible for getting a seat at the Vellore Institute Of Technology. Anything above the rank is considered to be less chance of getting placed in the Integrated M.Tech in VIT Vellore.

No, The students applying for the entrance exam to the B.Tech program must have a minimum percentage of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology in their Class 12 in order to get eligible for attending the VITEEE. Since you have got 43% in your Maths you are not eligible to write the VITEEE exam.
