National Law University Kolkata, being a University of National importance since it's a NLU, offers great packages to its students be it in the BA LLB (Hons) or be it in LLM . Nalsar University stands behind NLU Kolkata (NUJS) with a great placement record over the years. In the year of 2022 NLU Kolkata placement stats were great with 96 out of 118 BA LLB students getting placed with a median package of 16pla. Out of 66 LLM students 44 students were placed with a median package of 7 lpa, which is respectable in itself.

Eligible applicants for UG Diploma programme offered at IMA Kolkata need to appear for eCHAT, conducted by IIHM. eCHAT-qualified candidates are further called for a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) round.

To be eligible for the UG Diploma programme offered at IAM Kolkata, a candidate needs to pass Class 10 from a recognised board along with good communication skills in English.
