It immaterial from which broad you are you can apply to HIT. For B.Tech admission, you have to go through a test process of either JEE or WBJEE.

As per my knowledge, you should try for a degree through IGNOU. It is the best place right now to pursue any degree in distance mode.

Hi Anubhav, The admissions are over in most of the colleges by now. It is difficult to say if you will get admission now. Although, you can enquire about the management seat in the colleges where you're interested to apply.

You must get above 95% for any IIM and for the Kolkata try getting at least 98-99. Scholarship gives leverage in fees only not the eligibility criteria.
