MBA Class 2026 had an average prior experience of 5+ years in various industries. No, prior work experience is always an advantage for students pursuing an MBA or PGDM at PIBM, as it helps in grasping the tools and techniques taught during the curriculum. Internships, trainings, and apprenticeships are not considered as valid work experience for consideration in MBA admission at NMIMS. The criteria for valid work experience is given as follows:
- Work experience after the completion of graduation.
- Work experience of more than one year.
- Work experience in a company that is listed in both GSTIN and TAN databses.
