The BBA LLB programme is a five-year integrated course that comprises ten semesters, and lasts for five years. To be eligible for this program, the candidate must have passed the class 12 examination or an equivalent, and have obtained at least 45% of the total marks, in case of general category, and 40% of the total marks, in case of SC & ST applicants. Candidates need to appear for an entrance exam that will evaluate their aptitude and knowledge related to relevant subjects. The course encompasses a wide range of subjects, such as business law, contract law, constitutional law, corporate law, criminal law, intellectual property law, international law, labor law, and taxation law, to name a few. The BBA LLB programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal system and the role of law in the business world.

MIT School of Law offers various courses and its admissions are based on entrance exams. The admission process involves three stages which are: application, selection rounds, and admission confirmation.

To apply, candidates need to register online and fill out the application form. The selection process is based on the candidate's performance in the entrance examination, which is conducted at the national, state-level or PERA. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and qualify for the entrance exam will be called for a counselling session.

Once the selection rounds are completed, the shortlisted candidates are called for document verification. Aspirants need to pay the course fee and seats are allotted based on their rank and preferences.
