The UGAT (AIMA Undergraduate Aptitude Test) is a common entrance exam for admission to undergraduate programmes. The last date to apply for the entrance exam is usually released in the first week of June. Furthermore, the examination is conducted in mid-June, and the results are released in the last week of June. Hence, applicants planning to get admission into the BCom course at BMU through UGAT can complete all the processes in the month of June.

The UGAT exam 2025 will be conducted on June 14, 2025. The exam will be conducted in the paper-based test mode. The exam will be conducted in about 18 test cities across the country. Students will be issued the UGAT admit cards which will mention the UGAT test city, venue details, exam time, reporting time at the exam centre along with other details of the applicant appearing for the AIMA UGAT exam.

The UGAT exam 2025 is scheduled to be conducted on June 14, 2025. The AIMA UGAT will be conducted in the paper-based test mode across various test centres in the country. The All India Management Association (AIMA) has released the tentative schedule for the AIMA UGAT exam. According to the schedule, the UGAT application form will be release soon and the last date to register for the exam is June 6, 2025.

The important documents to be carried to the exam centre include the following:
- Two coloured printouts of the UGAT admit card
- Photos of the candidate affixed to the AIMA UGAT admit card (preferrable the same as the one uploaded in SET application form)
- Valid photo ID proof (issued by the Government of India) such as Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Pan Card, etc.
- Black or blue ball point pen
- Hand sanitizer
- Transparent water bottle

The AIMA UGAT exam is conducted in various Tier 1 test cities in the country. Among these, the UGAT exam is conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan. There are no other cities or districts in the state of Rajasthan where the UGAT exam is conducted.

During the UGAT registration process, candidates need to select their UGAT exam centre. The candidates can choose upto five UGAT exam centres for the UGAT exam centre allotment. Candidates should choose the test centres in the order of their preference, as they cannot be changed after the UGAT exam application form submission. Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to select the UGAT exam centre:
- Register on the official website of AIMA UGAT
- Login to the candidate portal and fill the rest of the UGAT application form
- Under the 'test centre' tab, choose the preferred test cities.
- Candidates can select up to five test centre

Candidates for UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) counselling are normally required to provide certain documents for verification and admission.
