Candidates who appeared for the UGAT exam, will be able to check their UGAT scores online. To check and download the UGAT scorecard, they will be required to login in the candidate portal on the official UGAT website by using their Roll Number and Application Form Number. Candidates should use the correct form and roll number to check the scores. Candidates who applied for the UGAT exam but were unable to appear for the exam due to any reason will not be able to download the UGAT result.

Yes, it is mandatory for all candidates to attend the document verification round. During the document verification process, candidates must present their original documents for verification and provide their personal details such as date of birth, gender, address, etc. The purpose of document verification is to ensure that the candidate is eligible for admission to the selected course and to avoid fraudulent activities.

The UGAT counselling is conducted in online as well as offline mode. Candidates who have qualified for UGAT exam must register themselves online through the official website. However, the Personal Interview WAT/GD and document verification round under the counselling process is held offline at the designated helpline centres. Candidates who meet the UGAT cutoff, need to visit the centre for document verification as per their rank and other selection rounds such as PI and WAT. UGAT admit cards will be available online which the candidates can download. Candidates can use their login credentials I. e. username and date of birth for the UGAT admit card download. Students must carry a coloured print out of the UGAT admit card with a recent coloured passport size photography affixed to it to the exam centre in order to gain entry at the UGAT exam centre.

The UGAT exam is held for two hours or 120 minutes. There is only one slot for the UGAT exam. The candidates need to solve the question paper in 120 minutes and this means that the candidates will have less than a minute to solve each question. Candidates must take care of marking their answers at every step as the moment 120 minutes will get over, the candidates will be asked to stop writing. The UGAT exam is conducted in the morning shift, i.e. from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Also, there is no provision for changing the exam slot. Candidates will know their allotted UGAT exam centre only from the AIMA UGAT admit card. There is no way to know the test centre before the release of the UGAT admit card. The examination authority allots a test centre to aspirants in the city of their first preference as mentioned in the application form. So, candidates can atleast be assured that they will get a test centre in the city they had chosen as first preference in the UGAT application form. Candidates who are appearing for the UGAT exam must report at the exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the exam. The UGAT exam will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Candidates must reach the exam centre the latest by 8:00 AM. Candidates must also note, that they will not be allowed to leave the exam centre before the exam gets over.

No, digital or soft copy of the UGAT admit card will not be accepted at the UGAT exam centre. The candidates have to carry a coloured printout of the UGAT admit card to the exam centre to get an entry. UGAT admit card is a mandatory document which is to be carried to the exam centre along with a recent coloured passport size photograph affixed to it. The photograph should match the one uploaded in the UGAT application form.
The examination authority does not accept digital admit card as valid document as it is to be signed and stamped by the test centre staff for proof of candidate’s attendance.

The test takers are advised to take two printouts of the AIMA UGAT admit card and preserve at least one copy of the same till the end of the admission process. Institutes may seek a copy of admit card at the time of admission. The test takers must also carry a valid photo ID proof to the exam hall.
