UGAT

During the UGAT registration process, candidates need to select their UGAT exam centre. The candidates can choose upto five UGAT exam centres  for the UGAT exam centre allotment. Candidates should choose the test centres in the order of their preference, as they cannot be changed after the UGAT exam application form submission. Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to select the UGAT exam centre:

• Register on the official website of AIMA UGAT
• Login to the candidate portal and fill the rest of the UGAT application form
• Under the 'test centre' tab, choose the preferred test cities.
• Candidates can select up to five test centres while filling out the UGAT exam application form.
• Candidates must select test centres in order of their preference, i.e. from first to fifth.
• Fill up the entire UGAT application form, pay the application fee and finally and click 'Submit'.

Candidates for UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) counselling are normally required to provide certain documents for verification and admission. These normally contain Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates, Transfer Certificate (TC) or School Leaving Certificate (SLC), Character Certificate, Category Certificate (if applicable for reserved categories), Admit Card, and UGAT entrance exam scorecard. Passport-sized photos and confirmation of identity may also be requested. Candidates should ensure that all documents are originals or duly attested copies as per the counselling guidelines supplied by the respective university or institution conducting UGAT counselling.

The UGAT counselling is conducted in online as well as offline mode. Candidates who have qualified for UGAT exam must register themselves online through the official website. However, the Personal Interview WAT/GD and document verification round under the counselling process is held offline at the designated helpline centres. Candidates who meet the UGAT cutoff, need to visit the centre for document verification as per their rank and other selection rounds such as PI and WAT. The seat allotment process is also conducted online based on the merit, category, and choices filled by the candidate during the registration process. Candidates can check their allotment status on the official website. The entire UGAT counselling process except the PI WATand document verification round is conducted in online mode.
