Candidates must very carefully select the cities as once the UGAT application form is submitted, they can't change city preference. They should choose the first city of preference as their hometome or where they are residing as the exam authorities will likely allot the test centres to candidates in their first city of preference. As per the latest UGAT exam pattern, there is no sectional time limit to attempt different sections of the UGAT question paper. Candidates will be given a total of two hours to attempt the UGAT question paper. Candidates must note that timer and chalk the strategy to attempt the questions accordingly. Candidates will not be given extra time to attempt the UGAT exam. The exam will close automatically when the duration ends. Candidates can switch between the sections to attempt the questions and utilize the exam duration as per their preference for different sections.
