Some of the top recruiters include Apollo Hospitals and Fortis.  Choosing the best course for yourself is crucial but don't forget your own interests . 

VIT Vellore and SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur both are renowned universities for B.E. / B.Tech.
