There is no separate entrance exam for admission into MBBS course of SRM Medical College. The only exam accepted for admission to the MBBS course of the college is NEET (UG). Based on the performance in NEET and the AIQ counselling merit-list, a candidate is given admission in SRM Medical college. 

SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre is a renowned institution for pursuing MBBS, and several other medical courses that it offers.
