Hi Rajesh,
Yes, doing a different course will help you building a career but only if you know what you want. What are your career plans? Make a plan and figure out and choose a course accordingly. You may not get entry into a high level job initially but if you are ready for a career change then go for it.
For MBA programs you will require work experience of 2-3 years. You must also submit a GMAT score. It is often not mandatory for a graduate diploma in New Zealand. As far as eligibility goes, it seems you are quite fit for NZ. Please check websites of some universities and communicate with them for admission related information.
Good Luck!

Hi, your salary and your job profile depends on the skills set you have! To get best training in this field it is important that you have education from a good institution which has good infrastructure, faculty and placements. I would suggest you to go for BBA in hotel travel and tourism from UTM Shillong as it is a very good university offering this program and Shillong itself is a tourist destination you can learn a lot here. UTM's program aims to train and develop professionals for hospitality and tourism industry. Program helps students acquire a thorough knowledge and understanding of MARKETING, Sales, Tour Planning, Tour Operation, Holiday Consulting and foreign exchange management for tourists. The chances are that you will get placed through university campus as they have pretty good placement records.
