Although it may not be a compulsion to pursue English honors specifically considering the basic eligibility to pursue a career in travel industry is minimum 10+2 or preferably a graduate in any field.However considering that travel jobs generally involve frequent interaction with people from various location hence Good command over English becomes an advantage at time of job interviews.

You can pursue BBA in Travel, tourism and hospitality , look for good colleges like UTM, NITHM ,Surajmal these are good colleges. Placement wise UTM had done pretty good in the last placement.
