No, you cannot get admission to IIT BHU through CUET. The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), including IIT BHU offers admission based on JEE scores. However, the Banaras Hindu University offers admission to 23 undergraduate courses through CUET UG scores.

In 2024, the last round cutoff ranks for Mechanical Engineering was 6596, for the General AI category candidates.
