<p>The JEE (Main) cut off for BTech CSE in NIT Durgapur is different for Home state candidates and Other state candidates. Also, the cut off varies according to the category of students (Gen/OBC/SC/ST/EWS). Usually the cut off for the General category students for BTech CSE in NIT Durgapur is 10000 to 12000.</p>

<p>NIT may permit change in branch of BTech of a student admitted through JEE (Main) after the second semester if there are any vacancies in that branch based upon JoSAA/CSAB seat matrix category wise.</p><p>Only those students will be considered for change of branch who have:</p><p>i) completed all courses in the first semester and second semester in the first attempt</p><p>ii) have secured a SGPA not less than 8.75 in both semesters</p>

<p>No, students can't get admission in NIT Surathkal BTech with KCET scores. The institute accepts admissions for BTech solely through JEE Main scores. Students have to then appear for the counselling process to get a seat.</p>
