The college reserves 5% of seats for Kashmiri Migrants in BCom LLB until the last day of the admission. The persons claiming the status of Kashmiri Migrants have to produce the identity card issued by the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate of the Government of Karnataka to this effect.</p>

<p>MS Ramaiah College of Law may exempt students with a CLAT score of 50% and above from taking the RCL Admission Test that is conducted by the college for admission in BCom LLB. However, attending the PI round is mandatory. A student is not guaranteed a seat with just a high score in CLAT. He/she has to attend the interview and perform well to get his/her name in the merit list.</p>

<p>The total duration of BCom LLB MS Ramaiah College of Law is 5 years. There are two semesters in each year. Thus, there are a total of 10 semesters. Each semester lasts for 18 weeks. The students have to pass at least two subjects in one academic year to get promoted to the next academic year. The maximum duration in which the students have to pass all the papers to successfully complete the undergraduate programme is 5 years.</p>
