<p>Work experience is not a necessity for entrance into the PGDM or MBA course here at GIBS, though it is considered and offers an advantage in a significant manner.<br>As per the selection criteria of GIBS, due weightage is provided to the applicants with work experience.<br>Work experience during admission evaluation contributes 10% to the overall score.<br>Most of the fresh graduates (without work experience) get admitted, for instance, approximately 76% of the recent PGDM batch consisted of freshers.<br>So, although prior experience helps, freshers are fully eligible to apply.</p>
