<p>Based on the previous year records it would be difficult to get into a self financing college in Kerala through keam with these marks especially in the general category. For NEET the admission is totally dependent on the cutoffs of the year of admission.</p>

<p>The Union Public Service Commission dropped 3 (three) questions from the UPSC Civil Service Prelims (CSP) exam 2024. The marks of the <strong>candidates were assigned marks from 97 questions only</strong>. The 5-year direct MCh (after &lt;a href="https://www.shiksha.com/mbbs-chp"&gt;MBBS&lt;/a&gt;) is a new one and is offered in fewer colleges. It is time-efficient but may lack general surgery exposure. Further, the decision is based on career goals and performance in exams.</p>
