<p>Bihar NEET PG counselling is held by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examinaion Board. More accuratly, the whole seat allocation process is held by Post Graduate Medical Admission Council (PGMAC). The counselling is held online for admission to postgraduate medical courses across medical college in Bihar. Candidates have to register online and submit application form for Bihar NEET PG counselling.</p>

Please ask your question again with more clarity. If you want to know about state quota in NEET counselling then yes there is 85percent state quota in state funded college but you must have domicile of that state.

<p>Only those candidates who registered for the Kerala NEET counselling process could fill and lock choices. After logging in, they had to select Course from the dropdown menu. From there, they have to choose "College" and click on update button. After filling all choices, they have to press "Save" button. In the a printout of filled choices must be taken. Candidates can modify/add/delete choices as many times as they want till the closing time as per schedule. Before selecting the colleges or courses, they must check the seat matrix and shortlist the colleges to opt for.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Yes, candidates can participate in both the national level NEET counselling for the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats and the 85 per cent State Quota seats. However, if a candidate has already joined an institute, then he or she will no longer be eligible to participate in other state/national level counselling. Moreover, they will also not be eligible to participate for the next round of NEET state counselling once they join an institute.</p>

You can do a M.Tech in CSE after doing B.Tech in Mechanical, provided your GATE Paper must be Computer Science and IT, but it is highly advisable you gain a mastery in the domain you have graduated from. If you really are very interested in CSE and have understood and done some coding and other CSE subjects during your B.Tech then you can surely opt for CSE in M.Tech as there will be subjects having their basis in subjects of B.Tech. I suggest you to go thoroughly through the syllabus of CSE in M.Tech and then analyse which subjects from the B.Tech CSE are they dependent on.

<p>Candidates are advised to take a coloured printout of the NEET admit card. However, it is not compulsory. NTA does not state any guideline regarding this. They should carry two to three spare copies of the NEET admit card for future use. <p>Yes, candidates have to carry an extra passport-sized photograph on the day of the examination. This photograph has to be affixed on the attendance sheet in front of the invigilator. The passport-size photograph should be the same as that uploaded during the NEET 2025 application process. However, candidates should not sign on the photograph that is meant to be pasted on the attendance sheet as per the instruction given by NTA on the NEET admit card.
