You may get it some book stores too but prepare yourself to reasoning, Reading comprehension, artificial language, Grammer, language &amp; country culture that affect their language. Hi,
Yes, you can crack CA after graduation. The only eligibility is that you don't have to give CPT now. And, should have 55% marks, if you are a commerce student and 66% marks, if non-commerce student.

A very ambiguous query. What is it that you want to study? What are your grades? It is also difficult to list down the procedure for each and every university in every country you mentioned. Remember, the admission requirements differ accordingly. For a head start, prepare for IELTS or TOEFL and also GRE for US.

There are no separate seats for NRIs. You need to apply for the same procedure as the resident Indian nationals. Only foreign nationals have a separate procedure.
The admission is based on an entrance test called VITEEE.

No, you cannot do MBA along with civil engineering. You'll be allowed to take admission for MBA only after the completion of your degree, i.e. civil engineering in your case. The fee structure may differ from college to college.

You have to apply online for distance learning in any college, where you want to pursue distance MBA, and make sure that they also provide distance learning. After that, you have to pay the fee online, then they provide you a course related material at your resident. And, exams process is also online basis.
