MBA programmes are designed for applicants with good amount of work experience. If you want to study in a good university and increase your career prospects please work for two to three years before applying for an MBA. Canadian universities are also quite selective and competitive.

Admission in a community college is easier than a university. You must take the TOEFL or IELTS and of course complete class 12th. But since you have a green card you need not submit TOEFL scores. Apart from these, you must show the financial proof. As a green card holder, you will be eligible for in-state tuition fee which can be around 75% cheaper.
