Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate and your percentage is approximate 57% which is okay.
The selection procedure is based on Combined Admission Test. Candidates shall be called for the interview, aptitude assessment and group discussion on the basis of the performance in the written test.

I am afraid most colleges give admission in MBA based on the CAT / open test score. Even if you manage to get admission into a college based on trustee / paid quota it may not benefit you from a career perspective, as the college will not be a reputed one.

Hello Dear,
A score of 217 is very less for admission into MBBS courses in private colleges. You can either try for management/NRI seats or you have to repeat NEET.

You cannot get admission presently, you can now apply for 2017-18 year. It is a decent college, but not with great brand reputation and neither amongst rankings.
The admission procedure is given in the below link:

Hi,
Lateral entry admissions are not very common and difficult for international students. You have to check with the universities directly, they will check your credit point requirements and other requirements for transfer.

The admission process is online. You will have to fill up a form and submit the processing fee. Once the process is complete, they will generate a merit list of selected candidates. If your name is on the list, you will have to visit the campus with relevant documents.
