Hi Neha,
The questions asked in the interview are pretty generic but if you try to bloat they will catch you and ask difficult questions. For example if you say you love fashion, they will ask you why. So be prepared for that. If you are planning to go into styling or designing, get your information about the top Indian and international designers(or stylists) and know your favourites (they can also ask why is the designer your favourite).
It's always better to take a portfolio no matter what course you are joining cuz in the end all courses here are the creative kind and a good portfolio always helps one to stand out. You can add ... View more

2. How would you describe your leadership style?
3. How do you empower teachers to be leaders?
4. What have classroom management strategies been most effective for you?

To calculate the percentile score for 14 correct answers out of 20 in logical reasoning, we need to know the total number of test takers and their scores in the same test. The percentile score is a relative measure that indicates the percentage of test takers who scored lower than you. If we assume that there were 100 test takers who attempted the same logical reasoning test, and their scores are normally distributed, we can use the following formula to calculate your percentile score:
Percentile score = (Number of test takers who scored lower than you / Total number of test takers) x 100
