No admission form. It is only through JOSAA. When the portal opens, you have to select which branches of which colleges you are applying for. You can set the priority of your choices by arranging them linearly with topmost choice of higher preference. You have to select the choices before a stipulated time. After locking of choices, based on your rank you will start getting your college from your choice list. If you are not satisfied, you can wait for subsequent rounds so that an upgrade of choice can occur.
