DU doesn't offer normal B.Tech degree, but NSIT is affiliated to DU till now, and is the only college in Delhi (apart from CIC, which offers IT with mathematics), which offers DU degree to its students. But, soon it is also going to become a state university. It admits students on the basis of JEE Mains and cutoffs are usually at par with the course. AMU does not offer lateral entry for B.tech course. You will have to qualify the AMUEEE entrance exam and begin your course from first year.

Lateral admissions are controlled by the respective states for seats in their states. Some states conduct entrance exams while some like Maharashtra base their process on marks obtained in the qualifying exam. Each state will have its own list of colleges in demand. Not really possible. Also, you have to meet the credit points of the university you plan to apply to. So check directly with the universities, if they find your profile fit for lateral entry or credit transfers they will allow you to do so.

There is no lateral entry admissions into VIT University that is direct admission in the second year. The admission for undergraduate courses are based on the ranks secured in VITEEE exam conducted in the month of April every year.
