Yes, Anna University allows Diploma holders to have a lateral entry in the 2nd year of engineering course. Normally when lateral entry is granted then graduation is allowed in similar branch only. Details you can find on the website of Anna University.

In Shri Sai Aditya College, there is not any option regarding BCA, but still they are providing MCA course, as you said that you are a PCM student, so you can take admission in B.Tech, if you want to.
The fee structure will be at semester basis, and will cost somewhere around INR. 1,20,000 for 4 years. And M.tech will cost almost INR. 60,000 for 2 year course.

Engineering Diploma holders and B.Sc students are eligible for lateral entry into 2nd year of engineering in some of the engineering colleges. You are eligible for transfer to other branch or institute after first year based on university and college rules & regulations. Every university had different rules and regulations on transfer.

<p>The rankings of IIT Bhubaneswar and NIT Rourkela are different. NIT Rourkela is ranked 16th in the engineering college and IIT Bhubaneswar is ranked 47th according to NIRF ranking. and NIT Rourkella come among top 50 college in the country while IIT Bhubneshawar come among 20 indias top engineering college. The package offered by IIt is more than NIT as IIT Bhubnaeshwar has average&nbsp; package of INR 17 LPA and the average package offered by NITRourkela is INR 15 LPA.</p><p>So, IIT Bhubaneshwar is better choice as compared to NIT Rourkela due to placement opportunity and ranking of the college.</p>

Ceramic Engineering doesn't have that good placement in the core, in any college. That means as par with core and CSE. At IIT BHU, they are good but, if you want to take Electrical, you can go for new IITs. New IITs like Hyderabad, Gandhinagar, these are recommended. If you are getting Electrical in Jammu, Goa then go for IIT BHU.
