No, you can't. But, you can try for many other good colleges. There are lot many colleges. And since you belong to OBC category, so chances to get admission in good colleges increases.

IIT Kanpur is better than IIT BHU according to ranking but all iits are best in their own, depends upon the branch you got in IIT BHU I. e. you have two option let assume textile in Kanpur and ECE in IIT bhu then afcourse IIT bhu ECE is better option.

One should prefer IIT BHU for core branches. IIT Hyderabad is doing great but IIT BHU is an old IIT. It has the merits of alumni, placements and well-established structure. Core branches like civil and mechanical are best in IIT BHU.

I regret to inform you that you cannot take lateral entry for MBA, since any college do not provide lateral entry. You have to pursue full programme. Lateral Entry is provided for B Tech.

First of all if you have enough capacity to imagine and visualize then opt for B.Des. IIT, Bombay’s first batch is still to be placed but IIT, Guwahati placements were awesome, 10 lakhs minimum and average around 20 lakhs.

No, you cannot get CSE in IIT Bombay as its closing rank is 60 around but can get good NITs and IIIT. Also, you can try other branches in IITs.

The admissions for even the undergraduate courses in Tamilnadu or not based on any entrance exam. The admissions are given based on the marks obtained in the 12th exam by a student. Of course there is a minimum percentage of marks prescribed but it is so low that almost every student will clear this minimum requirement, in the similar fashion the lateral admission in the second year of engineering based on diploma are also done not based on any entrance test but based on the marks obtained in diploma.
