What is your JEE score tell me? If your JEE score is more than 100 you cant get good college because JEE SCORE is consider as MHTCET score. You have pay MHTCET fees for taking admissions in Maharashtra.

The cutoff for OBC category is 49 marks. So, he has scored well above the cut off and hence he can get a college for sure. The AIR will determine the admissions. The counselling for JEE Mains will start only after the JEE Advanced exams. The admission into IITs is based on two exams JEE main and JEE Advanced.
You need to improve a lot in concept clarity and I'm sure your board syllabus will not be equal to JEE standards. You need to solve a lot of problems and really work hard for these two years. Only maths and physics will not help you. You need to know chemistry also as it is an easy scoring subject.

There is no such seat distributions for entrances only SC/ST and OBC category wise seats will be distributed. 70% seats are reserved for GM.
That really won't matter the main thing that you have to take care is JAM exam. Appear it properly and seriously so that you can score high enough, try to be within 50s so that you will enter into the best colleges of India, more importantly many options will be open for you.
