The Designing Courses are Skill Based Programs. So they should not be treated like any other regular UG courses.
So you should study 1st year as well to learn the basics. Even if you did 1st from another college.
I do not think lateral entry in any Design School Possible.
Think again and restart.

For JEE Mains, you solely need to rely on NCERT books for all your doubts and concepts. If you complete the NCERT and even learn it by heart, you'll score great in JEE Mains. Now, for JEE Advanced you need to work harder on the topics that you studied for Mains through NCERT. For that, you can choose from range of foreign writers that are used by all the students including HC Verma, R D Sharma, etc. Study with full dedication and heart and you'll definitely succeed.

I don't know what you mean by mentioning a girl candidate. But, the options you have given can be compared. If you want to be in core sector, Mechanical in IIT, BHU is good. IIT, BHU is a very old college, and branches like Civil and Mechanical are best. If you want to join non-core after graduation, opt for Chemical at IIT KGP. Placements at IIT BHU are very good in CSE and core branches.

IIT-Kanpur is the best since inception, it has offered near 100% Placements for Aerospace students and 20% of them already have PPOs. Moreover, average range for Aerospace goes from 8 to 20 LPA and hence, makes it an attraction for various students. IIT Mandi has been ranked 31st by NIRF for B.Tech Mechanical engineering amongst the top engineering colleges in the country. I think the best way to get prepare for IIT JAM 2023 is the coaching or a proper guidance. First, you need to get all the information regarding the pattern, cutoff etc. As the first part has already done and you are in the second phase where you have to enhance for performance in 2nd season. So you need to do some previous year question paper and go for a test series. Check your analysis after every test and correct for mistake and back your speed. Just go through all the topics and focus on what you have done. Don't cover the syllabus you haven't read yet.

For getting admission in IITs you should have at least 75%. Your aggregate is calculated on tha basis of marks in PCM and no language is included in this. For reaching that, you should attempt 12th once again. And prepare for IIT-JEE along with that.

Organic Chemistry: 1. Clayden (best book -deep concepts in organic chemistry and a person can clear CSIR-JRF easily. Please don't have cursory reading. Read in detail as mentioned in book chapter wise from the beginning. Answer key and solution mentioned in book itself. You just need to login their websites.

Sorry, you cannot apply for IIT or any engineering competitive exams if you had completed your 12th from any other stream rather than science which must include PCM because it's one of the eligibility criterias.

BITSAT is comparatively tougher than CET, but easier than IIT. BITSAT is about speed and accuracy.
