You can definitely seek admission in IITs. To appear in JEE Mains and Advanced, Diploma is considered to be an equivalent degree to 12th and with 75% in it, you can certainly appear for the same.

Prefer good reference books which contains previous years question papers and sample papers also. Practice mock tests through this you will know about your weak points and then work on that. Well, it's a good decision that you have your goal clear at this point i.e. class 10th.
Well, cracking JEE Advanced requires a lot of dedicated work from day one.
For that, you need to clear JEE Mains first. And for that, you need to focus more on class 11th and 12th.
So now you know that it's not a one-day task but a long way to go through.
In order to crack JEE Advanced and secure a decent rank, you need to join some coaching institutes for help.
The rest is self-study and hard work.

Both the college have good tags around them. You can choose either of them depending upon parameters like branch offered to you, your area of interest, co-curricular activities, placement stats, location etc.
Fees in IIT is low as compared to BITS.
So you can choose wisely among them depending upon your parameters.

IITs accept only admission based on JEE Advanced Score. I think you're confused between IITs and IIITs. IIITs take admission if you get good rank in JEE Mains where they do not care about JEE Advanced. IITs are different from IIITs.
