The last year opening and closing ranks at IIT, Roorkee in B.Arch female general category was 10503 and 12940 respectively. So you deserved for admission.

The Institute offers Merit-cum-Means scholarships to under-graduate students in engineering and technology. These are permissible to about 25% of students. The present value of Merit-cum-Means scholarship is Rs. 300 per month for general students and the recipient is exempted from paying tuition fee. Congrats on getting a good rank . these IITs are one among the top IITs in India. All IITs are good but Kanpur and Kharagpur are the better ones.
First, go by your interest. if you want to do mechanical engineering, then opt for Kanpur and Kharagpur. If you want to do CSE then go for IIT Indore.
I won't say that IIT Indore is equal to Kanpur and Kharagpur but the placements and the reputation are good.
if you want CSE alone instead of core branch like mechanical then you can go for IIT Indore.
