I’d suggest you to go for CSE at IIT Roorkee because CSE has got good demand these days. If you are branch oriented then go for electrical at IIT, Madras.
IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee are old and best institutes but as per the present rankings IIT Delhi holds a good position and it provides better placements.
MBA is a Masters course. So, it is based upon your Bachelor's degree. You cannot do MBA on the basis of class 12th marks (on the basis of this you can do BBA). For MBA, your Bachelor's marks will be taken into consideration.

You can't get lateral entry for B.Tech after B.Sc for lateral entry only Diploma holders can apply.
