With 94.3 percentile in CAT and good percentile in 10th, 12th and B.Tech, chances are very high for getting admission. IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, etc. can be taken for consideration. These campuses will have a personal interview and group discussion. Firstly congratulations on this wonderful score. Chances are very high that you may get a call from IIT Kanpur, Banaras or hardly Madras. Paras, since you have a zero work experience, it could be difficult for you to get a call from IIT-Bombay or Delhi. However, there is no harm in applying. Generally in India the transfer system is not very popular so to get a direct entry in second year would be difficult, but as every university has different rules and regulations regarding admission and transfers, I would suggest that you should directly get in touch with the University to check if they accept you in the 2nd year and ask for the admission procedure as well.
